INGREDIENTES:
✅️ 3 xícaras (chá) de suco de laranja (usei 10 laranjas bahia espremidas)
✅️ 1 xícara (chá) de óleo
✅️ 2 ovo
✅️ 2 xícara (chá) de farinha de trigo
✅️ 2 xícara (chá) de açúcar
✅️ 2 colher (chá) fermento em pó
MODO DE PREPARO:
👉 No liquidificador, coloque o suco de laranja, o óleo e o ovo.
👉 Bata por 1 minuto e reserve.
👉 Numa tigela, junte a farinha de trigo, o açúcar, o fermento em pó e misture bem.
👉 Em seguida despeje a mistura que foi batida, e misture com a ajuda de um batedor de arame (fouet) até que fique bem homogêneo.
OBS: Essa massa fica mais liquida do que o normal.
👉 Despeje essa mistura numa forma untada com manteiga e polvilhada com açúcar.
DICA: Untando com manteiga e polvilhando com açúcar, o seu bolo ficará com uma leve casquinha maravilhosa.
👉 Leve para assar em forno preaquecido, 180ºC, por cerca de 40 minutos ou até dourar.
